"There was a slight delay at the airport but the transfer was eventually very smooth. However, last time we used Hoppa our transfer arrived 2 hours early at the hotel and subsequently disappeared. We ended up having to book a transfer through the hotel. The problem with Hoppa is there is no way of contacting anyone (human). If you go on WhatsApp its a computer that speaks to you. Also, there is an ongoing problem with Hoppas booking system that keeps changing dates to 1st January. This has happened several times to us. We have tried to contact Hoppa to get them to look into it, but again, it seems impossible to find a human to deal with anything."
